Pros

I like my crew well enough. Its a good way to get started in the world of Audio Visual. I advanced quickly.

Cons

Work ALOT for the same as 40 because I am salary. 60-80 hour weeks have been regular. Can never plan much socially, as work schedule is constantly in flux. Rarely get days I request off. Work is the only life I can have.

Pros

Very much a family atmosphere. Corporate is very accessible and friendly. Pays really well.

Cons

Promotions seem to happen randomly and are more based on whether someone in management likes you than they are on Merrit.
