The culture at Five Star is very close knit. Our cohesiveness is second to none. Another great aspect about working at Five-Star is that management is accessible and easy to reach. I give Five-Star five stars!

Cons

Hours can be inconsistent depending on the season you’re working. This can have a negative impact on the work life balance.

Pros

In my experience this company constantly hires good people. That means good co workers. Pay is hire than other av companies.Never over worked yet a good amount of overtime.And management is supportive of the Workers.

Cons

Five star is a 3rd party vender for av planning and equipment rental in many hotels.There for you have to deal with the Hotel drama and ....at times insanity of the hotel management.
