Pros

I like my crew well enough. Its a good way to get started in the world of Audio Visual. I advanced quickly.

Cons

Work ALOT for the same as 40 because I am salary. 60-80 hour weeks have been regular. Can never plan much socially, as work schedule is constantly in flux. Rarely get days I request off. Work is the only life I can have.
