Pros

Usually super low call volume depending on the client you look for. Lots of free time. Its remote and you dont work weekends. No video call meetings ever, evaluations arent done on video or phone either. Super easy.

Cons

if its seasonal, they wont give you an exact day of when its over so you can properly prepare for other employment options. They called me one day in the middle of the work week and told me they dont need me anymore and took me off the schedule. But asked me to come back the following month to help them the first 2 days of the month then the last day of the month because thats when theyd be busy lol Management is hard to get ahold of they. I had to send several emails every time to get a response from my manager.

We understand the challenges that can come with temporary roles, especially when project timelines and client needs shift. While staffing and hours can fluctuate based on the client’s requirements, we do our best to provide as much notice as possible when changes occur. Unfortunately, there are times when we must respond quickly to client demands, and this can lead to sudden adjustments. We appreciate your feedback on communication—it’s something we continue to work on, and your input helps guide those improvements. Thank you again for being part of the team!
