Great Flexible Opportunity for Independent Workers.

Pros

Your schedule is whatever you like as long as you complete the number of estimates needed for the week. You have field time as well as office time and the office time can be completed at any time during the day. You can work part time, up to roughly 30 hours a week, and make a decent income. Great opportunity for independent workers. The appointments are scheduled for you so if you complete the estimates and follow the system, you will make money.

Cons

There are occasional evening estimates that need to be completed. Since it's part time there are no benefits. The position is full commission so if you don't work you don't get paid.

Steady Work and Company Vehicle.

Cons

No structure what so ever, the owners were married and they always involved their personal affairs with business, no work life balance, company does not follow what was listed on the job requirements, horrible salary, two owners will always manipulate you to get what they want or they will threaten to replace you.
