Lots of fluff if that is what you are looking for

Cons

They churn out franchise owners like butter. Lots of pie in the sky and kind words but at the end of the day you are just a number.

I absolutely loved the people and culture. It was fast paced but very rewarding. The work is fun if you like to engage with customers.

Cons

May have to use your own car at first, but they will pay for it!
