Pros

Steady Work and Company Vehicle.

Cons

No structure what so ever, the owners were married and they always involved their personal affairs with business, no work life balance, company does not follow what was listed on the job requirements, horrible salary, two owners will always manipulate you to get what they want or they will threaten to replace you.

I absolutely loved the people and culture. It was fast paced but very rewarding. The work is fun if you like to engage with customers.

Cons

May have to use your own car at first, but they will pay for it!
