      Pros

      Onboarding is wonderful! Safe, and comforting environment to learn and grow. Lots of support. Fun projects and interesting problems to solve Flexible working environment Amazing culture and atmosphere!!!!

      Cons

      Benefits could be better - which ultimately was why I left, I wouldn’t have hadn’t this been the case. Lengthy quarterly meetings and communication between teams/departments is very siloed (work in progress though!)

      This company has really established its protocols and processes over the last several years. The culture is great. The teams are pleasant to work with.
