      Work and life balance is good.

      Cons

      Poor client communication. Outsourcing at only a 70 employee large company, why? Too many growing pains. Something called the EOS model - hope it works for them, just wasn’t for me.

      Initial pay rate below industry average (being worked on. Already improving) Growing company, so changing processes Workload can be a lot initially Client expectations do not always line up with services sold
