I had a great experience working at Flad. The people are wonderful and there is a sense of community and camaraderie.

Pros

The feeling of cameraderie and community. CEO's, interns and admins ate lunch together as a team.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. The office had a cozy and stylish feel but it's not a large company environment.

Pros

The firm has a nice office in a good location. The work atmosphere is good. The people are very nice. Company parties are held often and are fun. Overtime is reasonable and work/life balance seems to be respected. President is awesome -- everyone admires and respects him.

Cons

There are periodic layoffs which cause unease among the remaining staff. It goes in cycles but, in general, people are let go pretty regularly.
