Worked on project of different scales. Coworkers are very knowlegable and willing to teach.

Cons

Can be quite difficult to move up since it is a corporate firm.

I had a great experience working at Flad. The people are wonderful and there is a sense of community and camaraderie.

The feeling of cameraderie and community. CEO's, interns and admins ate lunch together as a team.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. The office had a cozy and stylish feel but it's not a large company environment.
