Pros

Experienced leaders, long term employment security, pay better than surrounding counties

Cons

State regulatory issues, book banning by the state, state requiring old teachers to re-take exams that are over 10 years old to return to FL. Lose teaching years from out of state.

Pros

Tech equipment superb for teachers, pay is not bad for Florida, salary increases is nice

Cons

Short staffed often, kids that are special needs are pushed in with revolving door paras, very unorganized with grade level teams, support, tech. Nothing seems to be carefully thought out as a team. Too many leads.
