Work is interesting and challenging

Cons

1. Insurance benefits were one of the good things about the company's offerings, however this has been recently gutted. If interviewing, please make sure to fully request all details about insurance before deciding to move forward. 2. There was previously flexibility for work-from-home which has also been gutted recently (in spite of FSP making record profits). 3. None of the profits are fairly shared with employees. 4. There are no growth opportunities. Employees will stay at the same level for years and see no growth in their career.

Pros

Overall nice, reasonable to work with who genuinely seem to want to help patients and bring therapies to market. Environment is dynamic with opportunities to gain additional experience outside ones area of expertise.

Cons

Can be a bit chaotic at times with rapidly shifting priorities, which may not be suitable for those who prefer more stable, structures roles. Funding and timelines are also sometimes unclear as well as the reporting structure.
