The people working here are for the most part cohesive and great to work with. In order to do well, you need to know who is who and what they do, even in other organizations outside of your own. The company is also very green, which is something that I identify strongly with.

Cons

none as such. Keep working hard and pushing for your best and you'll really see the fruit of your work.

Pros

Salary and bonus package are best in industry. Positive outlook - all sales teams are growing, especially my Spanish team Environment is very clean and enjoyable really feel like you are being invested in. I even met someone in my team from the same town ¡Que pequeno es el mundo!

Cons

A high volume business with lots to keep track of. Not a problem if you are happy to be engaged with your work.

Pros

Good working atmosphere, especially in the Italia team. All the people in the team, including my group leader, treated me really well. The gruppo leader followed me through my first months making sure that I really got to grips with the sales cycle and how to communicate effectively. The wage is very good too, especially if you're a beginner like I was. Lovely getting to know the others in the team especially another girl from Milano.

Cons

important to make sure that your not late as this is treated pretty strict. can have fun but just make sure you get the work done as well!!! :-)
