Good company with excellent flexibility as a part time position. They upped the amount of hours you can work but this is not guaranteed because sometimes there are no cases l.

Cons

They have had quarterly bonuses but are now getting rid of them as well as doing away with license/certification reimbursement

Strong values, passionate and mission-oriented people.

Cons

Lack of strong middle or upper management means a lot of decisions are left to individual contributors. Politics ensues, chaos reigns, these employees who get promoted are ones who can sell their ideas and themselves.

There have been a great many layoffs in recent months. Additionally, it was much more possible to move up/ promote internally, now with more financial strain those options are increasingly more limited.
