Our team in Chennai is relatively new and we recognize the fact that it has been a challenging couple of years since we effectively setup operations in Chennai and for growing the Customer Services Operations triage team from the ground up. We are creating various initiatives to improve work life balance including hiring additional team members and by adjusting shift rosters.
