      1) There are positive people's with never give up attitude 2) Chance to be a Full stack developer (opportunity to learn both front end and back end 3) Fun at work 4) TL's and Manager's are good 5) Analysis and learning is good 6) HR tries lot of employee engagement activities

      1) Work life balance depends on team 2) The technology for front end and mobile development needs to be updated as per market standards 3) Hikes can be better and Office infrastructure can be better

      Pros

      I joint recently with Flatirons team, • It’s a good office. • I can see working environment is really good compared to my previous companies • People are approachable and friendly in nature. • Very Good team. So far my experience is good and hoping same continuous in future also.

      Cons

      Eagerly waiting for project work to start. I had more tax benefits in previous office which is lacking here. Because of which more tax is being paid.

      Pros

      I joined this company 4 months ago, and my experience has been good so far. The training program here is called boot-camp and it is very helpful in gaining required knowledge. Team members and leads try to help anytime you are stuck. Lot of interaction with US team, so we are able to learn a lot. Good domain, you will get to know more about planes Product company with good customers Management is very approachable, they constantly ask for feedback, which I have not seen in my earlier company HR is very friendly and easy to talk to, they fixed my PF problem

      Cons

      Some old technologies are still in use, but most of the newer products use Java and Angular. Recently started using SAFe, but process is not being followed by all. Office environment is a little dull, should make it look like a product company Cafetaria food should be improved, vendor is not good
