      I joined to Flatirons almost a year back through an employee referral, starting from the interview process to till here (& further) everything is professional, everyone are so supportive for your carrier growth. About Work - A product-based company with niche domain, you will be getting a chance to work with different areas of the products. You have any ability to switch to other teams and work on different Technology- You can! All standards of the product design you will learn here. Others - Work life balance is very good, Pay is good, Transparent and employee friendly higher management, Flexible, freedom to learn & try new technologies and empowerment, Work from home, Hybrid working model
