I came for an interview on Saturday with my kid, to my surprise the HR team took care of my kid till I finish my interview process, this really made me awestruck about their employee friendly culture. This made me to take this opportunity, am very happy for my decision and looking forward for a long term career with Flatirons. A great place to work with good work life balance and safe-secured environment especially for female employees. Open management culture Latest technologies to learn.

Its a growing company. Employees are treated well.. Very friendly environment. Engineering Team is doing a great job. I joined very recently, boot camp training is very useful . Employees are being recognized well. nothing more, But i am Happy to work here

Cons

cafeteria can be improved, Office atmosphere can be at par with the IT product base company.
