Pros

Decent pay, close to home

Cons

For a company that brags about what a great place it is to work, they don't have much of a clue. Since being purchased by a corporate organization, things have gone down hill. Ideas and ways to do the job are created without any actual experience on how they work on a real day-to-day basis. Looks good on paper, let's set it up without any testing it first. Last week my job was eliminated with NO ADVANCE NOTICE, no time to figure out how that would impact my employment. Nothing. What a despicable way to treat your employees.

Pros

Good benefits, closed Thanksgiving , Easter, & Christmas

Cons

Plan on working 50-55 hrs per week. You will work variable shifts. Your schedule will change Frequently. Since the Mills Family sold the business, it is all about Profit.

Pros

-Medical benefits were decent. -Job security generally good, as long as you can meet expectations. -If you don't mind working about 51-55 hrs/week, this could be one of the better retail jobs (As of 2014). However, like most jobs out there, your attitude can change your experience. -Overall, this was a better job than most.

Cons

-Can be stressful. Floor employee turnover can be high. Demands on management can be high at times. -Could be difficult for some families. You have to be willing to relocate (as of 2014, and probably now). They generally try and keep you close to the area you want to live, but there are never guarantee's. -Long hours. Expect an average of 51-55 hrs/week. When other managers go on vacation, are sick, or during holidays, etc., you will likely work more. -Starting pay can be a little low.
