Sales experience Job for college student with no experience Helping others Some cool shoes and products for running Cool customers and coworkers fun down to earth Sometimes treated with free food and shoes

Cons

Overpriced Emotional and overbearing ownership Shifts are not very flexible but not long either for college students Limited hours Employment dictated by quota - with no commission whatsoever Some customers extremely rude Not much space Parking during festivals or runs is a nightmare Friday and Saturday shifts are horrible
