      Pros

      Super energetic, friendly, and fun staff. The owner is a wonderful guy too. Payment aside, there are no downsides to this job whatsoever.

      Cons

      Pay is not stellar, it's fine if you're looking for a part time position while in college, it will not pay the bills if you're trying to provide for yourself.

      Great co-workers, customers & support of local running community. Love working with all the vendors & staying up to date on new products.

      Cons

      Company needs a little more structure at the local level & more consistent leadership. The is successful & with a few improvements could be even more successful.
