      Pros

      Loved working at Fleet Feet through college. I worked at the Raleigh store, great team atmosphere, products, training, and customer focus.

      Cons

      There were limited opportunities for advancement long-term in my particular area. Really though in just a couple of more years there would have been more opportunity. No complaints.

      Great network of people, community involvement, relaxed and fun atmosphere, good pay considering all other benefits.

      Cons

      Working odd retail hours (saturdays, sundays, evenings) - nothing you wouldn't expect from a retail job though.

      Focus tends to be more on sales and hitting performance goals rather than educating customers. Upper level management lacks ability to communicate regularly with lower level management.
