      Pros

      the stores and perks are amazing! Gear hand outs, great discounts, races, and more. The running community in Chicago is better for Fleet Feet Sports.

      Cons

      The management was not worried about on-the-floor staff, it was always too difficult or intimidating to talk to them if something was amiss.

      Great place to work. Very interesting industry. It is great that the franchises are locally owned.

      Depending on store size, there is limited room for growth. However, most stores offer a lot of opportunity for growth and the ability to explore interests.
