Pros
It was an awesome environment, still a locally owned store. I loved helping people find the right shoes for running and the customers were generally very nice and easy going.
Cons
There weren't many down sides. I worked at Fleet Feet Maine Running in Brunswick Maine which was a smaller branch of the company. It was a great experience and I wouldn't change anything about it.
