Great family atmosphere with plenty of room to advance. PTO time is crazy after year and you can wear jeans daily.

Good pay Excellent benefits Full time Overtime Plenty of room to grow Good people Corporate building with cafeteria, gym and lounges Fun in the workplace such as raffles, catered lunches, and ways to earn PTO days

Cons

Can be stressful Certain shifts are not practical, such as 10-7 or 11-8. High turn over rate Can be very boring Long hours at your desk

You now finally get 1 weeks vacation in the first year of employment. The previous policy was to wait a full year for vacation time, then you would have to accrue the time in year two to get PTO.

Cons

Hypocritical executive team Poor health care (high deductible plans only) No advancement opportunities High turnover Low morale Antiquated tech systems, little effort to move to more up to date systems
