Pros

Most areas within the company are awesome. The CEO seems to genuinely care for all of the staff. There are lots of perks working with this company and the dress code is nice too. Great IT department.

Cons

Steer clear of Business Development. While the team itself is phenomenal, there is vast opportunity for improvement in the management area. Serious micro-management and control issues here. Intimidation and bullying is not a great way to get employees to do great work. This area really clouded my judgement of the company as a whole.

Pros

There are so many activities that are employee oriented. Ceo makes personal relationships with employees an walks around an gives things away at the end of quarters. The environment is welcoming and fun

Cons

Only cons I would say is sometimes things can be inconsistent whether its rules or work related but because of everything else its overlooked and not bothersome

The hours are good.

Cons

The whole place is micro-managed. Lunches are provided in lieu of raises and bonuses. There iis a high school type work environment, with a lot of favoritism.
