Salaries are below average, benefits are only "OK"

Cons

Lots of transition, lot of changes need to be made to continue to grow the business. Loyalty flew out the door with previous ownership.

Pros

Personal growth is what I had here the most. I learned how to effectively communicate to non-technical audiences and present actionable analyses.

Cons

Lack of advanced analytic tools; the manual, timely processes hinders our progress. Many of us has put in our ideas for improvement to IT; however, because of the many timely projects, our requests may take months to years until they are played out.
