I'm sure there's one, however I was unable to find one during my short tenure.

Cons

Lots of chiefs, lots of indians, also lots of indians that think they're chiefs. Also, in my department mandatory overtime even when there was nothing to do. Mandatory OT was for appearances only...Manager didn't want here department to be the only one that didn't work OT. That's understandable. When there's work to be done...

Compared many places I've worked over the years Fleetpride is certainly better than average as far pay, benefits. Even during the hard times they tried to retain or retrain employees.

Cons

This is an investor owned company so in the past there had been a lot short term growth, penny wise pound foolish thinking in my view. This has changed for the better and they are thinking more long term. There are still some rinky dink processes in play but they are trying to improve, and are for the most part succeeding. They did some re-orgs recently that resulted in some employees not getting retained or had to move but they gave them very fair compensation packages I believe.
