      Pros

      Overall, Fleetio has been a great place to work. I think the leadership team seems to genuinely care about our feedback and I have seen them take steps to implement changes that improve employee experience. We are given a lot of autonomy to try new things and innovate which I really value, and the broader Fleetio team is full of A+ team players that make coming to work every day enjoyable.

      Lots of changes in the executive team over the last year; teams sometimes operate in silos, which can hinder cross-functional collaboration and leads to duplication of efforts and frustration

      - Easy to get along with everyone - Solid company culture (they get remote right) - I feel heard within my team - my opinion and experience matters

      - Direction seems a little nebulous at time - Leadership doesn't always communicate well, things get passed down the line instead of directly
