      Pros

      - lots of changes in the last year or two, but natural for a growing company. Still the best place I’ve ever worked - flexibility - brilliant coworkers - career growth - get to work on a lot of interesting problems

      - oftentimes work is reactive and a little haphazard, rather than intentional and forward-looking

      Pros

      Remote first with seasonal in-person events, incredibly collaborative people who I consistently look forward to seeing/working with, product is successful with plenty of opportunities for successful growth/expansion

      Cons

      remote life has it's challenges; Fleetio is in a growth phase which comes with expected issues—most of which the company seems poised to address through leadership or directly from internal SMEs.
