      Pros

      Fleetio is one of those types of companies that you don't come across often. They have created a company that is focused on on the right things - quality product, their customers, their people and culture!

      Cons

      None! I rated comp and benefits with 4 stars only because being a small company it is hard for our benefit package to stand against a large corporation but you can't beat free medical and dental for employee coverage and the chance to earn equity!! I'm confident, as we grow so will our benefit package offerings.

      Pros

      Fleetio offers competitive pay and compensation, along with strong benefits. The company has worked hard to create a flexible culture that supports a healthy, balanced work environment. The work offers the right balance of building new things and operating within established processes for a company at this stage of growth. There are meaningful opportunities to make an impact for people who enjoy scaling, improving, and challenging the status quo. The people are one of Fleetio's greatest strengths and a big part of why coming to work is enjoyable every day. Collaboration is a genuine part of the culture, and I haven't experienced anyone who wasn't willing to jump in and help. That's especially valuable in a remote environment, where strong partnerships don't happen by accident.

      Cons

      Like many growing companies, Fleetio is experiencing the natural growing pains that come with scaling. As the company continues to evolve, so does its culture. Those shifts are expected, but they can also create challenges as people adapt to new ways of working. Fleetio is very much in the midst of that evolution today. Fleetio is no longer the scrappy, early-stage startup it once was. Instead, it's a growing, mid-sized company focused on scaling thoughtfully while building something enduring. For someone looking for the fast-moving energy and constant change of an early startup, Fleetio may feel different today. For someone excited by the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a company with ambitious goals, meaningful momentum, and plenty of opportunities to make an impact, Fleetio is likely to be a strong fit.
