      Pros

      Great people working here, little to no micromanaging

      Cons

      Recently hired and felt very misled in expectations, quota feels hard or impossible to attain, managers message at late hours

We never want anyone to feel mislead; in fact, that is why quota and onboarding expectations are discussed in the interview and offer process. We encourage you to use your weekly 1:1 with your manager to discuss any concerns and to also ask for support where you may need it. We also strive to keep a healthy work-life balance. If you wish to share any concerns with our Director of People Ops, that is an option as well.

      Feels Like Family

      Pros

      Work-life balance, genuine and kind culture, you make an immediate impact in any job you are in, recognition for hard work, challenging yet fun, and the swag is the best.

      Cons

      No real cons but would be nice to see more PTO as it is not as competitive as other companies.

      Pros

      Friendly, supportive, and thoughtful people. Remote-first. Genuine work-life balance. Constantly reevaluating and evolving. Decisions are measured and excellent product vision. The people here are like extended family; the ones you actually want to sit next to at family get-togethers.

      Cons

      A lot of the team is remote so some person-to-person is understandably missing but a dedicated, rotating Culture Squad is always brainstorming and working to improve life as a Fleeting.
