      Pros

      Each team at Fleetio really carries their weight - this makes an AE's job easier. Lots of leads. Management is fair and encourages new ideas. There's not a sense of entitlement from longstanding employees.

      Cons

      Like any new company, there are occasional changes, but they're communicated promptly.

      From the day I was hired, I have been treated with respect. The team at Fleetio does a great job of making the environment in the office fun, yet professional. If you're fortunate enough to be hired at Fleetio you will be given autonomy quickly as it is assumed that you are a capable and hard-working person from your first day. Fleetio wouldn't have hired you otherwise!

      Cons

      Fleetio is a fast-growing company. While that is exciting, it does come with its challenges as things change quickly and it can be a burden to keep up.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working at Fleetio. I wake up each morning feeling energized to hop on my computer and begin my day. I have the luxury of working remotely for Fleetio so knowing that my employer trusts me to perform at a high level from home is very refreshing!

      Cons

      None, I honestly had to sit and think if there were any cons, and the fact I had to sit and think about it is a great sign that Fleetio is doing things right!
