      Pros

      Fleetio is the definition of the modern workplace but without the pretense or arrogance that normally comes with that. I love the laidback culture, ability to work remotely at-will, and that all of my coworkers pull their weight.

      Cons

      We have the growing pains of a rapidly expanding company - hardly a true negative. I'd be excited to see our gym/exercise benefit expand - either a higher amount covered or an onsite option (since we're about to restart construction with the building project).

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with good remote working culture. The people are highly motivated, curious, and kind. Everyone strives for excellence, but we're in it as a team and learn from failures. Lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a supportive leadership team. It's an exciting time to be here as the company rapidly grows. The leadership team is intentional about maintaining what's good about Fleetio culture as the company expands.

      Executives need to work on empathy and understanding the human element of their staff, Remote employees have a limited career path
