Over-crowded transportation. Lack of communication dealing with scheduling. Miss handling of of pay need to be investigated. Lack of protective clothing for rain and bathrooms are not suitable

decent pay with decent hours if you develop your team correctly. unfortunately when you get to a good place on your team they start to nit pick efficiencies. overall the job is super easy. your contracted customer can be a giant pain in the butt because they try to get you to have your employees do more than the labor contract covers.

Cons

some regional managers shouldn't be in their current position due to lack of people skills.
