Poor management communication, employees foreigners don't understand English, not enough employees, over worked and rushed around. Chaos.

Management doesn't care Rental car managers treat drivers like garbage Employees do whatever they want(not listening to lead drivers/managers) Rental car agencies blame issues on lead drivers Manager sits in office while everyone works
