Pros

Culture: The people are genuinely wonderful - Feels like a family. I feel like I can be my whole self at work. Passion and encouragement all around. The product is very high quality, clean and intuitive. Company is clearly growing and indicates an exciting future ahead.

Cons

It can be challenging to keep up with the fast-paced nature of startup life, but to be expected for a company our size.

Pros

Feels like a family! Everyone comes together to get our jobs done, but we have fun in the process. It feels safe to try new things and that I would be supported by everyone if I failed. It's great to come to work every day.

Cons

We're early stage, all processes aren't figured out yet, but that's also part of the fun!

Pros

Our engineering manager greatly values fundamental understanding, theoretical knowledge, and thorough testing, and gives new engineers the time to obtain this understanding. The Product and Technical Project Managers also support engineers making their own milestones and stories in pursuit of larger goals, which is more motivating than if deadlines are simply imposed. There is a very laid-back office culture and we don't take ourselves too seriously, meetings are often punctuated with laughter (without detracting from their overall focus). Last but not least, there are three super-cute dogs in the office!

Cons

The only con I can think of is that there is only free lunch once a week, although this is amply made up for by there being free dinner from Doordash at 6 PM.
