Pros

Fleetsmith is a great company to work for. The office is full of extremely brilliant and hard working people. The CEO and Founders are all approachable, passionate about the product and willing to support the teams wherever they can. There is a lot of opportunity to grow, as we are currently in a state of growth, which is really exciting! The culture and values are very strong and felt throughout all aspects of the company. When I started, I received a very warm welcome and everybody quickly felt like long time friends. Weekly Friday lunch and happy hours are a great chance to get to know everybody and learn more about the business and the product.

Cons

No cons for me at this point in time! I am very happy.

- Leadership truly cares about your success - Super collaborative. Every team works with every team. No one is left behind. - Solid customer base with many notable logos - Engineering/Product focused company - which makes Sales/Customer Success great to work in - Culture is a top priority on everyone's mind

Cons

- Classic startup pains especially for hyper growth such as undefined processes which isn't necessarily a con. This just means that there are lots of opportunity for you to make an impact. - Workflows in certain departments are not as 'automated' but we're getting there! If you're looking to coast and fly under the radar, this place is not for you.
