Pros

- Strong culture that emphasizes ownership. My co-workers are not just extremely intelligence but also have very high EQ. When you're surrounding with inspiring people like my coworkers, it's easy to come to work every morning - Lots of growth (business, product, team) - Leadership is really thoughtful. I feel confident that we're going to scale responsibly even though it is inherently a challenging thing

Cons

- Not a "con" but more just a fact of working at a smaller company - you have to be okay with change and be skilled at adaptation. If you want a job in which you never do anything that goes above and beyond the charter of your role, you probably wouldn't thrive here. If you're scrappy and enjoy taking ownership of your projects, it's the perfect place for you.

Pros

Great company culture. Transparent and accountable top down from product to employees to their vision.

Cons

A little crowded as they are growing tremendously (not a bad thing).

Pros

- Everyone on the team is very engaged in their work. - People are very collaborative and everyone genuinely wants to share ownership of the product and company processes. - It's an environment in which one can push back on decisions without fear of being reprimanded. - People are invested in their and their peers' personal growth. - The executive team is intimately tapped into the IT problem space. - Customers care a lot about the product.

Cons

While there is a lot of industry experience to go around, for many of the team members (especially the executive team) this is their first time in their particular role. Not all of the company processes are as smooth as they could be, but are improving steadily.
