Good benefits, car park. There are few skilled people in business which are quite supportive. Great brand to add on your cv.

Cons

Left within two months of joining. No Flexibility, micro management. Worst, unskilled manager and management to work with . Head of project, immediate manager are least concern to retain their employers. HR was in invisible mode with no exit interview. Big Name, big Shame.

In the last few years, salary increases less than inflation On an employee leaves, the time until their position is fill is too long, if it is ever filled. Continually asked to take on more responsibility with out adequate training and support
