      Corporate Ownership Destroying Legacy Companies

      Pros

      Large corporation with solid resources.

      Cons

      Fletcher has the power and capacity to be great but shareholder interests mean investment is minimal. Legacy companies are driven into the ground by profit chasing. A behemoth of an organisation rife with nepotism, sexism and office-bubble management. Agility is all but impossible in the FB environment which is top heavy with management.
