poor management. they hide things during intake and ambush you once employment starts. also very bias, they only help who they like. no fuel allowance given to staff for travelling.

Very flexible working environment (Work From Home, Flexi-Time, etc)

Cons

Too little focus on what matters (People and Processes). More interested in implementing/integrating as many projects to save money as possible, while ignoring the basics (security and stability of your core infrastructure) Pays lip service to culture and values, while senior management do very little to improve morale. Top heavy, with few staff left to do the actual work required for real transformation.
