Pros

Good growing company with lots of new business. Business is stable. Salary and benefits are good. Nice people to work. Company where you can good technical experience

Cons

Np professional development for employees or advancement within company. Organization structure is not clearly defined. Program Manager at corporate don't know how things done are at plant level.

Pros

Management and staff are quite competent due to years of experience and management generally appreciates employees extra efforts, and in general look at difficulties as opportunities to improve versus a accusing culture. Company has great growth history, continues to grow in financial strength, and a genuine desire to provide quality and exciting products. Regarding compensation, benefits are competitive and vacation time off is almost always accomodated.

Cons

Career opportunities throughout the corporation are not well advertised, even on the plant level. As an engineer, it would be helpful to improve knowledge of other plant's commodities and processes to improve overall competance of available product/process technologies and materials.
