Pros

Good pay and lots of work. Some of the managers are good to work with on projects. The office is either a fun atmosphere or very stressful, but there's always a party at the end of the year. The tool suppliers they choose are very good and quality is good.

Cons

Experience and education are less important for moving up. You need to be friends/family with management or have a cute smile and nice looking... Eyes... There was also a manager who was so cut throat he bragged about hospitalizing a supplier from stress.

Pros

Good pay for people with no education. Health, dental, vision, 401k and vacation pay. Aprenship oppertunities to those who will sign there lives away for the next 8 years. Or pay them back.

Cons

You will have to work everyday in super hot, fast pace, dangerous and stressfull work environments. They never tell you when your working over your scheduled shift till 5 mins before your supposed to go home. You will have one supervisor tell you to do something then another supervisor tell you to do something different, it's a lose lose situation because no matter which one you listen to the other one is going to right you up. If you get hurt at work whether it's an accident or a fault of an uneducated supervisor, the company will do anything in there power to make your life as uncomfortable and inconvenient as possible. They won't repremand supervisors that don't follow your work restrictions put in place by their own shop doctors, instead they harrass and retaliate against you for even mentioning to their boss that they are not following your work restrictions. Your supervisors will remind you on a daily basis that factory workers are all dime a dozen and that you can be replaced the next day. We are all worthless to them were are only numbers to them not people. HR is supposed to be the middle man between the company and the union to come to agreements and your supervisors will tell you to your face that HR is their union and it definitely shows to be true. Don't work for flex n gate (Ventra) unless you want to die young. They don't follow to many of oshas laws. They prefer to do things the cheap way even if it could cost you your life.

Pros

Stable work, decent benefits, lots of locations and staff

Cons

Very old school way of viewing Human Resources and employees. Change is not something they do often or easily. Employees are seen as a necessity, not an asset or partner.
