      Pros

      I loved the work I did as a Lab Tech. Most of the people were easy to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of safety issues in other areas of the plant. You can show up on time every day and always get your work done, but you never see the last day coming. Upper management and corporate act erratically without thought when it comes to making cuts, even sacrificing reliable workers and quality of their products.

      You will be micromanaged. Long shifts, very small breaks. If you go to the bathroom for “too long” they’ll try to write you up about it. Point system is horrible, bathroom and working conditions are subpar..
