Pros

Flex-N-Gate is a company all about its employees. From great benefits to the salary and just the overall respect given. The work is challenging, but if you work hard you will be rewarded. The tight knit team all support each other in both individual programs, to their personal lives. It gives a strong sense that while a project might be "yours" you always have someone to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get the tools needed to get the job done effectively.

Pros

Management and staff are quite competent due to years of experience and management generally appreciates employees extra efforts, and in general look at difficulties as opportunities to improve versus a accusing culture. Company has great growth history, continues to grow in financial strength, and a genuine desire to provide quality and exciting products. Regarding compensation, benefits are competitive and vacation time off is almost always accomodated.

Cons

Career opportunities throughout the corporation are not well advertised, even on the plant level. As an engineer, it would be helpful to improve knowledge of other plant's commodities and processes to improve overall competance of available product/process technologies and materials.

Pros

Flex N Gate gives you ample opportunities to grow. The door is wide open for expansion. This is a great start up company or a spring board for bigger aspirations.

Cons

I really see no downsides to working at Flex N Gate. From my viewpoint this company is the perfect solution to anyone wanting to get started in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
