Very good benefits, awesome hours and hardly ever work Sat.or sun, union job is a plus alloys benefits through the union very fast pay scale advancement and quartley raises!

Cons

Communication between shifts, sometimes the office people come out on the floor and kinda take their anger out on people in a kinda round about way supervisors don't listen very well about suggestions unless it's their idea and they get the praise for it!

-You will never run out of work, ever. -Flexible schedule for most maintenance guys there, on a rotation

Cons

- Very clique oriented, fit in with the boys or get boxed out - Very negative or toxic management, not really into helping apprentices, more into finding an issue and creating drama - Poor Journeymen staffing (at least in my department) Most journeymen there know a lot, but are not willing to help or assist or teach - You work production jobs, a lot. You are a mechanic 2nd, production press operator first
