Okay only if you like mind numbing work and being treated as only a number

Lots of overtime, good pay

Cons

The management doesn't care about your needs. Union shop and grievances are filed all the time against supervisors who don't treat anyone fairly. Hot factory work and you have no choice on what shift you get assigned to when you hire in.

The easy work and the benefits that comes included, respectful management and they also show a lot of love and appreciation.

Cons

The overbearing hours and some of the outrageous acts of favoritism to certain employees if you met the supervisor's standards.

Cons

It won't take long for you to learn what is expected of you by Corporate Management at Flex-N-Gate. They walk fast, talk fast and expect you to keep up. Lead, follow, or get out of the way. I don't really see this as a con, but if you are lazy or over sensitive you may not fit in.
