People on the plant floor were i most ways good to work with as well as lead hand specialists.

Cons

Managers only wanted meetings. Always behind as there was no time to get work done. Really hard place to work at.

Jealousy is really bad with workers and management and Im only speaking of the factory that is in tecumseh on blanchard park ! They seem to take care of the people that talk about others and not focus on the hard and honest workers !
